She was the dam of our 1st litter. The sires of our next 3 litters are sons from this one. Though she had her faults, she was very well bred, with an excellent genotype. From her, her kids all got ring tails, very dark eyes, wonderful bodies with long rib cages, great attitudes, & most got her LONG shoulder blades. and paternal great grandsire (tail male line) was 'Drifter' - Ch Persia's Sandrift. Her mom was linebred Dureigh, and a granddaughter of Ch Bombey's Desert Wanderer (SEE PED). Her kids have all gotten beautiful 'typey' heads from her, & her incredible tiny 'almost triangular' eye shapes. Many have her very prominent hip bones, long forearms, long neck, and her powerful, floating, effortless 'Falstaff like' gait. She was exhibited in the Veteran's Parade at the Afghan Hound Club of America National Specialty show in Fla. October, 2001. |

Tasha has a blended pedigree. She is a great great grand daughter (tail male line) of 'Drifter', Ch Persia's Sandrift. She is also great great granddaughter of Ch Sanallah's Sugar Plum and Ch Kabik's The Challenger ('Pepsi'). She is a beautiful, sound, correct lady with a wonderful sweet temperament.
